Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in communications, executive positioning, or thought leadership.
• Proven track record building executive thought leadership platforms and content programs for senior leaders.
• Experience managing external agency partnerships, with clear reporting and value standards.

• Own the firm‑wide strategy for executive positioning, publishing cadence, and operating framework.
• Own the function’s framework and outcomes, collaborating with communications and marketing partners.
• Manage intake and selection of leaders for the program using a criteria‑based model.
• Run regular reviews to keep the cohort aligned with business priorities.
• Own prioritization of time and budget in agreement with leadership.
• Set standards for executive platforms across speaking, media, and owned content.
