Custom Mechanical Solutions LLC in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead the Pacific Northwest region. You will shape CMS’s growth, mentor a high-performing sales team, and drive multi-market strategy across WA, OR, and ID.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of sales leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or construction industries.
• Demonstrated success growing market share and leading sales organizations.
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and sales within complex construction cycles.
• Strong network in the Pacific Northwest; experience with manufacturers’ reps is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction/Business; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and refine CMS go-to-market strategy.
• Engage executive-level stakeholders and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Lead a team of Sales Engineers and Account Managers with focus on performance and mentorship.
• Manage annual sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and incentive targets with leadership.
• Oversee pricing strategies and ensure margin discipline on large projects.
