Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager to drive AI-native planning for the Tech Ecosystem. You will partner with program managers, business operations and Finance to design processes and leadership mechanisms that inform senior leaders and shape C-suite planning artifacts.

You will design scalable planning mechanisms, drive adoption across 8k+ tech staff, develop executive-facing artifacts, and collaborate to operationalize annual planning with Intuit's frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native planning mechanisms at scale.
• Drive alignment of strategy, goals and resource plans across senior tech leaders.
• Partner with Business Operations and Finance to align annual planning with CEO/FP&A expectations.
• Develop C-suite level artifacts summarizing tech strategy and plan.
• Design templates and workflows to scale planning across 8k+ tech ecosystem.
• Operationalize and automate annual planning processes with tooling.
• Drive change management and adoption of planning guidance and tools.
• Provide progress insights into deliverables and adoption.
