Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to partner with executive leaders and shape board-ready content that accelerates growth and technology strategy across the organization.

The role involves leading end-to-end strategy initiatives, building data-driven frameworks, and aligning cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience delivering strategic and operational impact across an organization.
• Strategy and operations experience at high growth startups, management consulting, or strategic roles at large companies.
• Proven track record leveraging data to develop insight-backed hypotheses and business cases.
• Experience in SaaS or platform technology is preferred.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion.
• Change management leadership able to influence across a cross-functional organization to accelerate outcomes.
• Excellent communication with strong presentation skills and storytelling for executive sessions.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate development of executive-level presentations and content for the CTO in board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other forums.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to outline data-driven strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Lead strategy projects end-to-end from hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization.
• Develop narratives highlighting outcomes delivered across the Tech Ecosystem and their connection to strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships across the Tech Ecosystem and CTO staff for holistic thinking across priorities.
• Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate decision making and best practices at scale.
