Job summary

Peraton seeks a Task Manager to support an onsite customer in McLean, VA. The role focuses on handling tasking, routing staff requests, and coordinating actions across the IC and private sector partners.

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI with poly clearance and experience supporting senior executive teams, including Directors, with the ability to develop training materials and staff playbooks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
• TS/SCI clearance w/poly is required
• BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree with 9 years of experience
• Experience supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Experience receiving tasks via multiple vehicles and systems
• Experience processing and routing staff taskers in management systems
• Coordinating actions with the customer space, IC, and other entities
• Training materials and playbooks for staff packages are desirable

Responsibilities

• Support Senior executive-led organizations at the Director/Assistant Director level.
• Receive tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Process and route staff taskers in administrative management systems.
• Coordinate actions with elements within the customer space, IC, and other entities.
• Prepare training materials and written instructions (playbooks).
• Prepare daybook requirements including binder prep, organization, formatting, and management tasks.
