Job summary

YETI is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner, closely with executive leaders in the Americas Commercial organization to design and execute forward-looking talent and organizational strategies. This role combines deep business acumen, organizational design expertise, and change leadership to enable scalable growth and high-performance teams.

This role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR / Talent Business Partner experience with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations or Sales teams preferred.
• Prior experience with organizational design and transformation work.
• Proven track record in organizational design, operating model development, and workforce strategy.
• Strong expertise in leading large-scale change initiatives, including communication strategy and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategy with business priorities.
• Lead org design initiatives, including restructuring, role clarity, and operating model evolution.
• Apply insights from prior organizational experience to build scalable, high-performing teams.
• Lead complex design change initiatives, including end-to-end change management planning and execution.
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness
