Plaud Inc. is seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher in San Francisco, CA to partner with executive recruiters, hiring managers, and founders. You will map target markets and build leadership talent pipelines using advanced research methods that inform executive search strategy.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify passive executive talent, produce market intelligence and compensation benchmarks, and maintain pipeline health across ATS/CRM systems for future growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in talent research, executive sourcing, or candidate generation.
• Experience mapping markets and identifying C-suite, VP, or Director talent.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, OSINT techniques, and AI sourcing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engaging senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partnership with Executive Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Founders to map markets.
• Use advanced research methods to identify passive executive talent across AI, hardware, software, and commercial roles.
• Design hyper-personalized outreach to convert leaders into opportunities.
• Produce market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent maps.
• Maintain pipeline health and ATS/CRM data integrity.
