The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably with knowledge of Workday ATS. The position offers a pay rate of $40-$48/hour and a flexible work schedule.

Competenze

• 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required.
• Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
• Experience supporting high volume roles preferred.
