Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressively responsible Human Resources leadership experience.
• Experience developing enterprise talent strategies across workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CHRO and Lab leadership to develop and execute enterprise Human Capital Strategy.
• Lead initiatives strengthening organizational effectiveness, leadership readiness and employee experience.
• Translate strategy into measurable talent priorities, programs and outcomes.
• Provide trusted advisory on workforce strategy, organizational design and change management.
• Drive workforce analytics and predictive data to inform strategic decisions.
