The role reports to the CEO and requires building strong capabilities in leadership development, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition to support the organization’s next chapter.

• Experience leading a People function at scale.
• Ability to build processes and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build Leadership and Talent Systems for LTIs next stage.
• Lead People Operations Excellence across the organization.
• Own compensation philosophy and benefits strategy to attract and retain talent.
• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and build stronger talent pipelines.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership on organizational design and growth.
