Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• 7+ years of experience in executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or talent acquisition management.
• Preferred candidates: 9+ years advising and influencing executive leadership; 9+ years of management consulting; 9+ years recruiting or research in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Talent: Direct a high-performing team of associates and researchers; mentor, coach, and grow strong talent with potential to scale into broader organizational roles.
• Capability Transformation: Design, deliver, and execute full life-cycle TA technology and service delivery transformation.
• Direct Sourcing & Talent Mapping across competitive landscapes (Tech, Product, Risk, Legal, HR, Financial Services).
• Proactive Bench Strength: Build bench 12–24+ months ahead of needs.
• Cross-Functional & Referral Alignment: Align engagement plans with hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Insight Translation: Present data-driven analyses to executive leaders and defend methodologies.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Push back on unrealistic profiles using data-driven insights.
• Tech Lifecycle Optimization: Leverage AI sourcing tools, Boolean/OSINT, and visualization tools to improve efficiency.
• Process Refinement: Advance talent insight visualizations and refine toolkits.
