Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead the Executive Talent Insights & Research team in McLean/Richmond, VA. You will shape the executive search process, partner with VP-to-EVP leadership, and drive market intelligence to land top talent.

You will define and launch emerging technologies, including AI sourcing tools, Workday, and Canvas, to innovate talent strategy and improve outcomes for critical leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or talent acquisition management.
• Experience advising and influencing executive leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-visibility Talent Insights & Research function for executive search.
• Direct sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
• Present data-driven analyses and methodologies to VP+ business leaders and cross-functional partners.
