Ulta Beauty is seeking an accomplished executive recruiter to lead end-to-end searches for VP+ and enterprise leadership, translating growth strategy into hiring plans and building diverse leadership pipelines across functions. You will partner with senior leaders to shape the EVP, manage relationships with search partners, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Ulta Beauty’s brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive search for VP+ leaders in large, fast-paced organizations.
• Proven track record building leadership pipelines aligned to succession plans.
• Experience contributing to employment branding or EVP initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep sourcing expertise and established executive talent networks.
• Experience in retail, beauty, consumer or omnichannel industries.
• Background working with marketing/communications on employer brand.
• Experience supporting transformation, growth, or digital initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end executive search for VP, SVP, and enterprise leadership roles across functions.
• Translate growth strategy into executive hiring plans and pipelines.
• Maintain diverse, high-quality leadership pipelines aligned to succession priorities.
• Provide market insights and competitive positioning for leadership hiring.
• Shape Ulta Beauty’s EVP and employer brand in collaboration with HR, Communications, and Marketing.
• Ensure high-touch candidate experience reflecting Ulta Beauty’s brand and values.
• Manage relationships with retained executive search partners and external networks.
