Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, L&D, or Human Resource Consulting within corporate, tech, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong proficiency in project management and design thinking.
• Advanced consultative problem-solving and influencing skills, with a track record of building trust and guiding senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Confidence in interpreting data and producing data-led, visually compelling presentations.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging, articulate strategic vision, and facilitate alignment across matrixed teams.
• Proven change management capabilities, with experience leading organizational transitions, driving program adoption, and navigating complex business changes.
• Strong facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary facilitator of Company Onboarding and flagship talent development programs.
• Secondary facilitator and consultative co-design of Leadership Development products for mid-level and senior management.
• Delivers offsites in location where suitable.
• Partner directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to define, align, and execute tailored learning strategies at the squad and functional levels.
• Lead rigorous, multi-method Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs) across business functions to diagnose capability gaps and prioritize strategic talent interventions.
• Synthesize complex learning metrics into strategic, executive-ready insights and presentation decks for Monthly (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Work with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locations.
• Maintain global learning calendar for supported assignment(s).
• Drive engagement for global learning initiatives within supported assignment(s).
• Serve as local Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert for core learning products, overseeing lifecycle management and product governance.
• Establish data governance standards to maintain rigorous data hygiene, reporting compliance, and LMS integrity at regional and global levels.
• Ensure regular cadence of content updates and program enhancements as needed.
