Job summary
AXIS Capital in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Executive Recruitment, Talent Intelligence & Advisory to lead global executive searches and succession initiatives. You will partner with the CEO, EXCO, and senior leaders to identify and attract top leadership talent, shaping long-term leadership strategy.
The role combines executive search, talent intelligence, and advisory work, requiring strategic insight, discretion, and strong stakeholder influence to drive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in executive search and recruitment.
- 7+ years leading executive searches with strategy and offer closure responsibilities.
- Experience partnering with C-suite executives and executive committees.
- Experience with market mapping, talent intelligence, and succession research.
- Experience managing retained search firms and external partners.
- Willingness to travel globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches globally.
- Define leadership requirements with senior stakeholders and search strategy.
- Design market mapping and candidate engagement plans.
- Assess candidates and manage stakeholder alignment and offers.
- Present executive slates with market insights and assessments.
- Oversee external search firms and talent intelligence partnerships.
- Ensure governance, compliance and continuous improvement in recruitment.
