Job summary

Versapay is seeking a senior leader to own the Lead Talent Acquisition function, shaping how we identify, evaluate, and hire top talent in a fast-growing PE-backed technology company. You will influence strategy and execution across the recruitment lifecycle.

You will report to the Chief People Officer, partner with the executive team, and build an enterprise talent strategy leveraging data and AI to improve quality of hire and speed to fill.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with strong business orientation.
