Versapay is seeking a Director of Software Sales - Upper Mid-Market to lead a high-performing team selling to $100M+ accounts. You will drive strategy, build scalable processes, and partner with marketing, product, finance, and partnerships to translate market opportunities into repeatable sales motions.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in a fast-paced SaaS or fintech company.
• 5+ years leading a SaaS sales team.
• 3+ years leading an Upper Mid Market or Enterprise team.
• 5+ years negotiating directly with finance leaders as part of the core buying persona.
• Experience implementing, reinforcing, and coaching using a proven sales methodology.
• Proven track record building relationships with key decision makers and exceeding quota.
• Experience with virtual, multi-geography teams.
• Knowledge of payments landscape is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coach and sponsor a team of Software Sales AEs closing multi-threaded deals.
• Deploy sales strategies and co-create a success blueprint.
• Serve as the primary contact for software prospects’ inquiries and escalations.
• Negotiate high-value software agreements and terms for customers and Versapay.
• Drive ROI discussions and build business cases for change.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partner teams for bookings and co-sell opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and operating mechanisms to measure performance and partnerships.
• Track progress toward targets and report outcomes to leadership.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit and integrations.
