Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to own and lead the global executive recruiting process. This high-visibility role will set strategy, standards, and governance, executing searches across Director to VP levels in the Americas and guiding TA partners across EMEA and APAC.

The role requires deep executive recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across a complex global matrix.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition with executive recruiting responsibilities in a global organization.
Proven ability to lead through influence across regions in a matrix environment.
Experience recruiting for Director, Senior Director, VP and other executive roles.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end global executive recruiting process, operating model, and strategic roadmap.
Serve as the global executive recruiting lead of leads, guiding regional TA leaders and recruiters.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director, Senior Director, and Vice President roles across the Americas.
Develop and execute global executive recruiting strategies that identify top leadership talent.
Establish and maintain global standards for process, governance, and candidate experience.
Drive regional adoption while respecting local market and regulatory needs.
Provide strategic direction and escalation support to regional teams in a matrix setting.
