Job summary

Knowtion Health seeks a Senior Vice President, Delivery to lead three core lines: Clinical Denials, Underpayments, and Interest & Penalties. You will own strategy, performance, and financial outcomes, building a high-performing team and driving improvements in recovery, cycle time, and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with executive, clinical, coding, compliance, and delivery leaders to optimize end-to-end client delivery and ensure timely, compliant results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, denials, underpayments, or payer contract compliance.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with payer appeals, contract modeling, and interest/penalty recovery.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer regulations and prompt-pay requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, performance, and financial accountability for Clinical Denials, Underpayments, and Interest & Penalties.
• Lead denial review, audit, and appeal operations to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Identify and recover payer underpayments including contract modeling and aging management.
• Lead Interest & Penalties recovery with compliance to payer contracts and regulations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across lines of business.
• Partner with executives and delivery leaders to drive root-cause remediation and process improvements.
