Job summary

Knowtion Health seeks an SVP, Delivery to lead Clinical Denials, Underpayments, and Interest & Penalties. You will direct strategy, drive financial outcomes, and build a high-performing team, partnering with clinical, coding, and compliance leaders to improve recovery and client satisfaction.

The role is remote with a focus on measurable revenue-cycle improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management with denials/underpayments experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of payer contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, performance, and financial accountability for denials, underpayments, and penalties.
• Lead denial review, audits, and appeals to meet client expectations.
• Drive root-cause remediation and end-to-end client delivery alignment.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across lines of business.
