• 2+ years in a risk- and control-focused environment with collaboration across risk, compliance, and business teams.
• Strong ability to prepare executives for meetings with polished communications and presentations.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills to drive insights and action.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the Executive and leadership team are well prepared for key meetings with relevant materials and context.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, risk updates, and communications that translate complex information into clear messages.
• Partner with GCOR and other risk/control teams on coordination, escalation, and leadership attention.
• Research complex matters, identify themes, and propose insights and recommendations for timely decisions.
• Coordinate risk and governance routines, strategic objectives, and leadership priorities across the organization.
• Support control-related activities including audits, policy reviews, and vendor management as applicable.
