Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year performing administrative duties in support of agency projects or programs.
• Experience with data collection and analysis; project evaluation or analysis; interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative and executive support to branch managers and ADA program lead.
• Track and follow up on assignments and projects; prepare meeting materials; liaise with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate travel, calendar management, and communications; assist with recruitment and HR-related actions.
