Job summary

Qualifications

• Twelve years of management experience including program rules and policies.
• Experience developing long- and short-range goals and plans, and program evaluation.
• Budget preparation experience and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear strategic priorities and administer Oregons multimodal transportation system.
• Provide executive leadership for operations, programs, budget and resources with a focus on accountability and results.
• Collaborate with the governor, OTC and legislature to advance transportation priorities and policy.
• Build strong relationships with local governments, tribes, transportation partners and other stakeholders.
• Represent ODOT with credibility, transparency and accountability to officials and the public.
