Job summary

WorkBoard is seeking a Director of Strategic Services to guide strategic execution for enterprise clients, primarily working with C-Level executives. This remote role must be based in the Atlanta area and will collaborate across Success, Sales and Product Management to drive measurable value for customers.

You’ll influence strategy formulation, deploy operating models, and lead high-impact engagements that expand WorkBoard’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Business-savvy with cross-functional leadership.
• Self-starter with ownership of customer portfolios.
• Experience in strategy development and deployment.
• 10+ years in work experience; consulting background preferred.
• High-growth B2B SaaS experience a plus.
• Experience in strategy execution and portfolio management.
• Ability to connect business value to technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive conversations and working sessions.
• Create decks and visuals for executive presentations.
• Align client objectives with WorkBoard value and roadmap.
• Close renewals and identify expansion opportunities with sales.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders.
