Job summary

WorkBoard is seeking a Director, Strategic Services – WorkBoardAI to guide executive customers in translating strategy into measurable value. This remote role requires Atlanta-area base and focuses on strategy execution, operating models, and high-impact enablement across enterprise clients.

You will lead executive conversations, craft compelling decks, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive renewals and expansions while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, preferably with strategy or management consulting background.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and working with C‑level executives.
• Proven ability to lead executive conversations and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on strategy execution and value realization for customers.
• Lead platform launches and early-stage customer journey mapping.
• Coach executives and teams to define, communicate, and operationalize results.
• Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales.
