WorkBoard is seeking a Director of Strategic Services to guide strategic initiatives for enterprise clients, translating strategy into measurable value and adoption of the WorkBoard platform. You will advise C-Level executives, design scalable operating models, and drive high-impact enablement across Success, Sales, and Product teams.

You will lead executive conversations, craft compelling decks, and coach teams to achieve ROI-based value journeys, resulting in renewals and expansion

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in strategy or consulting roles.
• Experience with strategy development, deployment, and operating model optimization.
• Experience leading enterprise-grade implementations or consulting engagements, preferably in SaaS or strategy execution domains.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive conversations and workshops with C-Level leaders.
• Create decks and visually communicate complex concepts for executives.
• Coach teams to define, communicate, and operationalize strategic results.
• Drive customer value through ROI-based value journeys and renewals.
• Engage with customers to close expansions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Navigate matrix organizations to create value for clients and WorkBoard.
