Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or related fields.
• Four (4) years related work experience in strategy development, analytics, change management, or corporate development activities.
• Advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and develops analyses grounded in business trends with limited supervision.
• Develops analyses, builds business cases, conducts risk assessments, and plans change management.
• Develops strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios.
• Collaborates with peers across the FedEx enterprise on identified priorities and provides data‑driven recommendations.
• Participates in cross‑functional meetings and provides guidance to peers and managers.
• Interfaces with teams across the enterprise to discuss impacts of strategic changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
