Qualifications

• 1+ year in an administrative, operations, communications, internship, leadership support, or project coordination role.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder on strategic initiatives and priority projects.
• Attend internal and external meetings, capture takeaways, and support follow‑through.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare concise exec summaries.
• Coordinate cross‑functional timelines and deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft emails, meeting summaries, and other written materials for review.
• Manage scheduling, agendas, and logistics to maximize Founder effectiveness.
• Organize task lists and project trackers to improve accountability.
