Job summary

AmaWaterways River Cruises is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Vice President of Reservations to lead our global reservations operations, driving sales performance and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will oversee strategy, performance and day-to-day execution of Reservations, ensuring scalable processes and strong partnerships with Sales, Revenue Management, Technology and Guest Services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in reservations, contact center operations, sales operations or customer service.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, cruise or related service industry preferred.
• Proven ability to improve sales conversion, service levels, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for AmaWaterways’ global Reservations function.
• Develop budgets, staffing plans and operating expenses.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management and Technology to optimize systems.
• Build high-performing teams across locations and offshore operations.
