Job summary

Snack Innovations seeks a results-driven Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and founders, translating strategic direction into disciplined execution across multiple functions. This individual will drive quarterly priorities, track milestones, and coordinate leadership actions while balancing strategic and tactical work.

Role is an individual contributor with limited executive coordination and administrative support, focused on improving leadership effectiveness, alignment, accountability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, communications, organizational development, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in operations, consulting, strategic planning, program or project management, executive support, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in an environment where priorities move quickly.
• Experience working directly with a CEO, Founders, or executive leadership team required.
• Management Consulting experience desirable.
• Experience with the EOS or a comparable business operating system preferred.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze information, identify what matters most, and turn conclusions into practical recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, Founders, and executive leadership to translate direction into annual and quarterly priorities.
• Coordinate and track priorities, rocks, scorecards, initiatives, and action items with owners and deadlines.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions, leadership offsites, and priority evaluation forums.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and unresolved decisions and escalate to leadership.
• Maintain EOS operating rhythm and ensure issues are identified, discussed, resolved, and followed through.
