Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, communications, organizational development, or related field.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate company direction into clear annual and quarterly priorities.
Coordinate and track company priorities, Rocks, scorecard commitments, and initiatives with owners and milestones.
Facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions and leadership offsites.
Identify risks, dependencies, and unresolved decisions affecting execution.
