Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, communications, organizational development, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate company direction into clear annual and quarterly priorities.
• Coordinate and track company priorities, Rocks, scorecard commitments, and initiatives with owners and milestones.
• Facilitate annual and quarterly planning sessions and leadership offsites.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and unresolved decisions affecting execution.
