Job summary

MGM Springfield is seeking a Senior Executive Manager of Stewarding to lead the stewarding department across the property. You will oversee daily operations, ensure sanitation and safety standards, and drive back-of-house efficiency to support all food & beverage venues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant leadership in stewarding. Open availability is required for this full-time role at MGM Springfield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of prior relevant Stewarding/ hospitality leadership experience.
• Ability to work open availability and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding department operations to meet strategic goals and service standards.
• Lead and develop a team of stewards; manage hiring, training, and performance.
• Review monthly department P&L and budget; drive actions to improve financial results.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance across kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and vendors; manage inventories and equipment needs.
• Maintain personnel records and communicate policies and standards to staff.
