Job summary

MGM Springfield invites applications for Assistant Manager of Fine Dining. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, coordinate service, and uphold standards of excellence while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Work closely with the management team to train new employees and address guest concerns to deliver memorable fine dining experiences. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant experience, and is 18 or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create daily floor plans per shift to ensure coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service during hours of operation.
• Evaluate staff and address attendance issues.
• Coordinate with the Chef on food service and menu issues.
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff to fulfill guest needs.
• Order supplies through the IP System and prepare requisitions.
• Maintain inventory and stocking areas.
• Coordinate guests' special requests and large party reservations.
