Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Springfield, MA is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a team, conduct daily inspections, and uphold the highest cleanliness standards across the casino, public areas and offices.

You will schedule and coach EVS staff, address guest and employee questions, prepare end-of-shift reports, and collaborate with department leadership to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ Years of prior Environmental Services supervisory experience.
• Willing to work Swing and Grave Shifts, Sunday–Tuesday with Wed/Thu off including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services employees including scheduling, coaching, counseling and training.

THE JOB:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training.
• Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards.
• Provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces.
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; meet with employees for training and compliance needs.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ Years of Prior relevant Environmental Services experience in a Supervisory role is required
• Able and willing to work Swing and Grave Shifts, from Sunday - Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off including holidays

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$38,300.00 - $52,600.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
