The Executive Steward is a key member of the culinary team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's stewarding department. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all food production and service areas. You will manage, train, and schedule stewarding staff to uphold our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Communication Skills:Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Disposition:Self-starting personality with a calm and even temperament.

Physical Stamina:Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, and lift at least 50 lbs.
Experience:Two (2) years previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or food & beverage setting is required.

Sanitation Knowledge:Understanding of sanitation standards and safety regulations.
