Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervising set ups and breakdowns at functions
• Ensuring catering services meet required standards
• Manage and supervise the Stewarding Department, ensuring sanitation compliance
• Maintain OS&E inventory and ensure adequate tableware for events and restaurants
• Coordinate with engineering and trash removal as needed
• Recruit, train, and discipline stewarding staff
• Monitor staff performance and ensure weekly staffing levels
• Check stations for cleanliness and uniform compliance
• Lead pre-function meetings and roll calls
