• Perform cleaning duties as directed by Supervisor - Stewarding.
• Clean floors, walls, ceilings, and drains; empty garbage and grease barrels.
• Clean kitchen equipment, grills, fryers, ovens, etc.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up as assigned.
• Work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.
