Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is hiring for a Steward in the Stewarding Department. The role supports cleaning operations, ensuring clean dishes and silverware are available to meet business needs.

You will transport items, assist in the kitchen, and maintain beverage areas, all while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Applicants should have at least 18 years of age, pass background and drug screenings, and be able to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year progressive experience in the Stewards’ Department.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery requirements.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of assigned area and kitchen.
• Assist in kitchen with preparation of products and dishwashing to ensure adequate supply of dishes and utensils.
• Transport food items from kitchen to respective areas and stock storerooms.
• Inspect equipment for safe operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate with Chef and Director of Food & Beverage and attend meetings as needed.
