Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Heavy Duty Steward Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across our Food & Beverage outlets as directed by the Stewarding Supervisor. The role includes rotating between kitchen areas and maintaining sanitary conditions to support guest satisfaction.

Applicants must be at least 18, pass background and drug screenings, and be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial work or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts and time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Empties and cleans garbage cans and grease barrels/trays.
• Cleans floors, walls, ceilings, floor drains and grease traps.
• Cleans kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens.
• Attends meetings and completes follow-up tasks.
• Works regularly and predictably; performs other duties as assigned.
