Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader of Specialty Sales (Assistant Manager of Merchandising) in Columbia, MD. You will lead a team of specialty consultants across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sales growth.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, merchandising, and coaching to elevate store performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
