Qualifications

• 2+ years in culinary management in upscale/fine dining
• Strong back‑of‑house controls, inventory, and cost awareness
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Stable, progressive work history with strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with a hands‑on leadership style and high standards
• Assist Executive Chef in managing back‑of‑house staff, training and follow‑up
• Help achieve budgeted labor and cost targets through planning and execution
• Oversee inventories and ordering of food and supplies
• Maintain sanitation and OSHA compliance
