Chart House Redondo Beach is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team in a high-volume, seafood-driven kitchen with a waterfront setting. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and a track record of excellence in fine dining.

You'll oversee back-of-house operations, training, scheduling, and cost controls while maintaining sanitation standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience at a landmark California beachfront destination.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in culinary management, including 2+ years as an executive chef.
• Strong attention to detail in back-of-house operations, including staff supervision and cost controls.
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a hands-on, do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
• Manage all back-of-house staff in a fine dining kitchen; train and develop team.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted labor and cost targets through planning and execution.
• Oversee weekly and monthly inventories and ordering.
• Maintain sanitation and OSHA-compliant work areas.
