Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to oversee Football Dining at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium in Louisville, KY. This role leads a small but dynamic culinary team, guiding menu planning, program execution, and staff development to deliver exceptional dining experiences at large events.

You will collaborate with internal partners and clients to manage the full catering process from concept through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and guest satisfaction while driving

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year in related role or high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and safety/sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu planning and program execution.
• Lead and mentor culinary staff.
• Manage full catering process from concept to execution.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
