Job summary

Prime Group's Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to run the day-to-day kitchen, guide a brigade, and oversee outlets, banquets, and room service, delivering consistent, high-quality cuisine across all events.

You will forecast production, manage food cost and waste, lead a diverse team, and keep the kitchen inspection-ready. Hospitality experience at upscale resorts preferred; Hilton or Marriott exposure noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in professional kitchens with senior duties.
• At least 2+ years in a sous chef role or equivalent leadership.
• ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent.
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day kitchen operations across outlets and events.
• Lead sous chefs, line cooks, and stewards.
• Forecast production, ordering, and manage food costs.
• Maintain food quality and safety at all times.
