Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Health and sanitation card.
• Food service management certification, Serve Safe.
• preferred college degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and hiring for kitchen staff.
• Manage budgets and cost controls for food and labor.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and licensing compliance.
• Develop menus and meal planning in response to forecasted counts.
• Direct and supervise at least two full-time employees.

Education
