Job summary

Blue Mound Golf & CC is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in operating the culinary operation, ensuring quality and presentation for lunch, dinner, private parties, and staff meals.

The ESC will lead a hands-on culinary team, supervise service staff in the kitchen, manage sanitation, and help keep costs within budget while maintaining high standards in a traditional club environment.

Qualifications

• Engaged self-starter with leadership presence.
• Ability to train and develop culinary staff and maintain high standards.
• Strong understanding of food costs, budgeting, and menu planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff across all outlets.
• Ensure quality and presentation of all menu items for lunch, dinner, and events.
