TPC Jasna Polana invites a skilled Executive Sous Chef to lead the private club’s culinary operation in Princeton, NJ. You will drive a high-standard kitchen, ensuring consistency and hospitality across all service levels.

You will oversee both à la carte dining and banquet events, manage purchasing, inventory, recipe development, and labor costs while mentoring a dedicated culinary team in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, effective communication, and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience leading kitchen teams in private club or luxury dining settings preferred.
• Banquet operations knowledge and menu development experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items to standardized recipes and techniques.
• Oversee à la carte and banquet service, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff; manage inventory, cost control, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver exceptional member experiences.
