MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for the Four Sixes steakhouse to lead daily kitchen operations, develop menus, and mentor a high-performing culinary team. You will partner with the Executive Chef to achieve profitability while upholding MGM's premier standards and guest-first service.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of relevant experience, and prior work in high-volume or luxury settings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience preferred.
• Previous experience under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or luxury/fine-dining restaurant preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, labor, scheduling, and inventory with Four Sixes grit to drive profitability.
• Direct operating procedures, training, and authentic menus for the kitchen staff.
• Own the execution of company-wide initiatives while maintaining uncompromising standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Ensure all kitchen staff complete required compliance training.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on HR responsibilities to foster backstage culture of teamwork and pride.
• Engage with guests to deliver an legendary steakhouse dining experience, resolving complaints with swift hospitality.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the steakhouse's premier heritage menus, beef program, and equipment.
