Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant kitchen leadership experience.
• Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or luxury/fine-dining environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, labor, scheduling, and inventory to drive profitability.
• Direct operating procedures, training, and menus for the kitchen staff; ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on HR responsibilities and succession planning under company policies and agreements.
• Engage with guests to deliver a legendary dining experience and ensure seamless kitchen-to-service collaboration.
• Maintain knowledge of the steakhouse’s heritage menus and equipment.
