Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an Executive Sous Chef with a passion for excellence and aloha. You will lead kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef in driving quality and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include managing multiple outlets, driving profitability, and mentoring teams. This role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits within the Four Seasons culture.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts or equivalent.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in multiple culinary/F&B department head roles.
• Working knowledge of F&B operations and Four Seasons standards.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and F&B software.
• Proficient reading/writing in English; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in leadership and kitchen management.
• Establish plans for identity, quality and execution across all restaurants and banquets.
• Demonstrate ability to lead in high-volume operations.
• Assist in administrative tasks to drive revenue and profitability.
• Contribute to the creative process across outlets and align with F&B concepts.
• Build and maintain teams focused on opening the resort.
